Taxi driver charged in crash that killed 5 motorcyclists

Monticello to allow unlimited number of taxis in village

MONTICELLO, N.Y. — Sullivan County’s largest village has thrown the door open for cab companies.
A divided Monticello village board Tuesday night eliminated the cap that limited taxi service to 21 cars.
